We’re so excited to have you join us! In your first few weeks, you’ll get to know more about your role, our clients, and the company as a whole. This site is your sneak peek into who we are, what life at Liatrio looks like, and what to expect before you start.

Who We Are

Liatrio is an AI enablement firm for complex enterprises. We embed with our clients’ teams and build alongside them, in their environment, until the new way of working sticks. Success for us is a client whose own people can run the system after we’re gone. That mindset shapes life here too: we collaborate by default, stay curious, learn out loud, and run on first principles.

Before Your First Day

A few things happen before Monday, and they land in roughly this order:

  • Fill out your Rippling info first. The moment that invite hits your inbox, complete it. Everything else waits on this step, including your laptop getting shipped.

  • Watch for your Google account email. It arrives the week before you start. Set up your Liatrio Google account as soon as it lands, since your other tools hang off of it.

  • Accept your Slack invite. Come say hi! The Friday before you start, your cohort channel will appear with your Onboarding Canvas pinned to the top. That’s your full Week 1 plan, and we’ll walk through it together Monday morning.

  • Grab your laptop the day it arrives. Your swag box and laptop ship ahead of your start date. Open the laptop right away and run its setup, because software updates can take a while and you don’t want to burn Monday morning on a progress bar. Be fully logged in before 8:00 AM on your first day.

Hit a snag with any of this? Reply to any of the emails you’ve gotten from us, or ask in Slack once you’re in. Someone will grab you quick.

Who You’ll Meet

The best part about week 1 is meeting some key folks you’ll be working with across the org! You’ll have a whole team of awesome people to help you navigate our unique multiverse:

  • Your cohort: The other new Liatrians starting alongside you. You’ll share a Slack channel with them, and it’s a great space to say hello and start connecting with your colleagues.

  • Your onboarding team: We’ll be with you through your first few weeks and can answer any questions you have as you settle in.

  • Your New Hire Buddy: This person will be your guide for your first few weeks at Liatrio! If you’re not sure where to turn for answers to your question, your new hire buddy can help.

  • Your Career Sponsor: Your career sponsor will be with you for your entire career at Liatrio. They’ll be your advocate, cheerleader, and coach as you grow and develop.

You’ll have plenty of chances to meet other folks in Slack throughout the week as you get the lay of the land and settle in.
